  • This forecast describes a process where products and services are divided into a collection of “pieces” instead of one complete package. For example – instead of one Facebook post, we consume and produce dozens of “pieces” in Instagram stories.
  • This trend, characterized by hyper-personalization, is made possible due to the development of technological capabilities in every category, and due to the human inability to withstand the information and consumption load.
