Anyone Can Predict the Future

The skill of futures thinking is an essential ‘muscle’ every organization must develop among its managers. Through our specialized workshops—based on the core of the academic course Adi developed for the Business School at Reichman University—we will embed the acquired skill of ‘futures thinking’ in groups of managers at every level of the organization. The method enables every employee and manager to apply a forward-looking methodology and equips them with tools to independently map and analyze future trends.

Our working assumption is that innovation processes begin with mapping the future and understanding the “North Star” of the organization. Therefore, any innovation process should begin with the application of contemporary methodologies and an understanding of the disrupted world and its implications for your organization.

The goal of the innovation workshop is to provide participants with the methodology of “Future Thinking” and forecasting trends in the latest method, with the aim of creating an up-to-date infrastructure for starting the innovation process in the organization.

During the workshop, participants will work with our tools, in order to enable them to come up with innovative ideas for possible future scenarios related to the organization.

This workshop aims to provide participants with the skills of “Future Thinking” through one-day training. This skill, which has become one of the necessary skills of the 21st century, is based on the method written in the published book: “Next: A Manual For Disruption.”

The workshop combines frontal presentations and self working exercises with materials related to the organization, so that at the end of the day the participants can create their own trend report in any field they choose to explore.

The workshop combines several benefits:

  • Promoting the skill to predict trends independently
  • Engagement with the latest examples and trends
  • Creating a base and business compass for the annual work plans of the coming year
