The skill of “future thinking” is an essential “muscle” that every organization needs to develop for its managers. Through our special workshops, based on the principles of the academic course Adi developed for the business school at Reichman University, we will embed the acquired skill of “future thinking” for groups of managers (at any level in the organization). The ability of the method allows every employee and manager in the organization to use a unique methodology that looks ahead and provides tools for mapping and analyzing future trends independently.
